At Horizon Shade, we are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the contiguous United States, making it easier than ever to gear up for your next outdoor adventure.
1. Shipping Fees

100% Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all online orders for our camping tables, chairs, and outdoor gear. There is no minimum purchase required, and there are no hidden fees at checkout.
2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories).

Please Note: Due to the size and weight of our outdoor furniture, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please provide a valid physical residential or commercial address at checkout.
3. Processing & Transit Times
Our shipping process is divided into two phases:

Handling/Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). This allows our team to securely pack and inspect your bulky items before dispatch.

Transit/Delivery Time: 5–10 business days. Depending on your location within the US, delivery speeds may vary.

Note: Shipping times may be slightly extended during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas) or due to severe weather events.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and the designated carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

You can monitor your package directly through the link provided. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update and show active status.
5. Damaged Shipments & Missing Parts

Camping furniture involves heavy and multi-component packages. Upon delivery, please inspect the condition of your package immediately.

If the outer box arrives severely damaged, or if you open it and find missing or broken parts, please do not worry. Take clear photos of the shipping label, the damaged box, and the damaged items, and email us at leivy5025@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will promptly ship out replacement parts or a new item at zero cost to you.
6. Address Modifications & Lost Packages

Address Changes: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order at leivy5025@gmail.com. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot alter the destination.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status states "Delivered" but you have not received your item, please check your porch, garage, mailbox, or verify with your neighbors first. If the package is still missing, please contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
