Refund policy


Thank you for shopping at Horizon Shade! We are dedicated to providing high-quality outdoor camping tables and chairs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be disassembled and packed in its original packaging (including all screws, frames, carry bags, and manuals).

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact our customer support team via email at leivy5025@gmail.com.

  2. In your email, please include your Order Number, Reason for Return, and clear photos or a short video showing the current condition of the item (especially for damaged or defective items).

  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, we will email you the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  4. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the shipping label without contacting us first. Returns without prior authorization will not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer Remorse / Personal Reasons (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size/color selected, item doesn't fit your camping style): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the camping furniture arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a free replacement, send missing parts, or cover 100% of the return shipping costs for a full refund.

5. Refunds Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note: It may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Because outdoor camping gear involves bulky items that are processed quickly, orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

  • If you need to cancel an order, please email us at leivy5025@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard 30-day return process upon delivery.
